At Nakhchivan State University, I have architected and deployed core digital systems from scratch, including the Distant Learning Management System (LMS), Live Webinar Portal, Scientific Journal Systems, and the University IT Helpdesk, as well as custom web applications for external organizations.
In parallel, I serve as a faculty member (Lecturer) in Information Technology and pursue my Ph.D. research in Computer Engineering, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT architectures.
